Macrobiotics
LIVING BIG is the bottom line! One should eat food that is suited to
the personality traits and dreams of the “eater”.
Choosing food that grows naturally in one’s climate and geographical zone,
will enhance us with a healthy and happy development.
Numerous books have been written about Macrobiotics as a way of
eating,
I find it fascinating to follow it as a WAY OF LIFE, adjusting what
is devoured
by mouth, eyes, ears & all the senses to a given person’s character and
wishes.
The right food per person varies; what is “right” for one is “wrong” for
another.
One’s nourishment should be correctly tailored, taking into account
as many
personal / environmental variables as possible.
For those who like creative cooking with natural local foods (the
Mediterranean zone)
